During this Cord Cutting Session; after I cleanse the space and our energy, we will use visualization therapy to request help from our spirit guides as we remove energetic and emotional attachments that have been draining you; keeping you from reaching your goals & potential. There are different types of cord cuttings for different types of connections but we will discuss this during your call. After the session we will discuss how you feel afterwards and I will offer you some journal prompts to help you on your journey
